REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Whether you are buying or selling a residential or commercial property it is important to select counsel who will give careful attention to both the contract agreement and closing of your purchase or sale.
COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS, TRANSACTIONS AND LITIGATION
Whether you are buying, selling or investing in a business you should understand what advantages or disadvantages a particular commercial agreement may pose for you. If you are self employed it is important to consider a business succession plan or a plan for a sale of a business when the appropriate time arrives.

ELDER LAW: WILLS, TRUSTS AND ESTATES
Elder Law is a generic or "catch-all" term that refers to the different legal areas that may relate to how one may seek to attend to his or her financial obligations while preserving his or her funds. There are a number of legal instruments including but not limited to trusts, wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney that may help one to take some degree of proactive control of how he or she will manage his or her future financial affairs in case of illness or misfortune and also accomplish a distribution of their assets upon their demise.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS,TRANSACTIONS AND LITIGATION
Almost every type of deposit or transfer or investment of assets is accompanied by some type of agreement. Where the circumstances allow you to negotiate the terms, you should. Where they do not, you should at least be aware of what the terms are and how they may work for or against you. In the unfortunate circumstance of a litigation or arbitration surrounding a financial agreement or transaction you should give careful consideration to selection of the counsel whom you may choose to represent you.
